Gravestones ~
Most gravestones simply tell the name of the deceased and the years of their birth and death. Many have a prayer or poem or something written by the family. But there are many gravestones, both older and newer that show more about the former person that lays buried beneath it.
Some of these gravestone, or monuments, show the comical side to ether the deceased or the person(s) that was in charge of having the marker erected.
This blog is dedicated to the folks that took the time, energy and cash to have their loved one remembered in the way that they saw fit.
